Touch Tunes Digital Audio Jukeboxes

            Have you ever gone into a bar or a pizza parlor and noticed the neat video jukeboxes hanging on the wall? These high tech music machines are made and distributed by a company based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada called Touch Tunes. They utilize a high speed internet connection to deliver clear digital music of the customer's choice. The machines deliver the music using Bose technology, so it sounds incredible.

There are no songs stored in the onsite machine; the only thing resident in the machine's memory is the cd cover graphics and track list. Whoever owns the business that houses the machine decides what cds are available to listen to. Touch Tunes has thousands of songs stored on their network from a huge variety of artists. All of Dago's CDs are available for your listening pleasure via the Touch Tunes service.

What's that? You want to be able to listen to your favorite Dago tunes while out on the town? How do you do it? It's very simple to add Dago's music to your nightlife. Chances are that the owner of the establishment has no idea how to add content, so here is what you need to do. Ask the owner, or someone otherwise in the know, when the machines vender makes his regular scheduled stops. Be sure to be there on that day and ask him to add our music to the menu. Viola. Piece of cake.

    Touch Tunes has 11,000 of these units in circulation in North America, and they are adding more and more. That is 11,000+ opportunities to reach someone new everyday.  Dago has always believed there is more than one way to make it in the music business. The most common way is to have a friend of a friend that is connected. It's not who you are, it's who you know.

    There is another, less common way, of getting to the top. This method has only been used by a hand full of bands including the hair metal band Ratt. You walk into a record company with 100,000 fans chanting your name. While this is by far the more difficult method, unfortunately, Dago and I are in no way connected to a friend of a friend.
