FREEDOM
"They're scared of what you represent to them."
"All we represent to them is somebody who needs a haircut."
"Oh, no. What you represent to them......is freedom."
"Freedom's what it's all about."
"Oh yeah, that's right. That's what it's all about."
"But talking about it and being it......that's two different things."
" lt's real hard to be free......when you are bought and sold in the marketplace."
"Don't tell anybody that they're not free, because they'll get busy......killing and maiming to prove to you that they are."
"They're going to talk to you and talk to you... ...about individual freedom. But they see a free individual, it's going to scare them."
"Well, it don't make them running scared."
" lt makes them dangerous."

"There are times, however, and this is one of
them, when even being right feels wrong. What do you say, for instance,
about a generation that has been taught that rain is poison and sex is
death? If making love might be fatal and if a cool spring breeze on any
summer afternoon can turn a crystal blue lake into a puddle of black poison
right in front of your eyes, there is not much left except TV and relentless
masturbation. It's a strange world. Some people get rich and others eat shit
and die."
—Gonzo Papers, Vol. 2: Generation of Swine: Tales of Shame and
Degradation in the '80s, 1988

"In a nation ruled by swine, all pigs are
upwardly mobile—and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts
together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely.
We owe that to ourselves and our crippled self-image as something better
than a nation of panicked sheep."
—The Great Shark Hunt, 1979
"We are turning into a nation of whimpering slaves to Fear—fear of war, fear of poverty, fear of random terrorism, fear of getting down-sized or fired because of the plunging economy, fear of getting evicted for bad debts or suddenly getting locked up in a military detention camp on vague charges of being a Terrorist sympathizer."
HUNTER S THOMPSON
—"Extreme Behavior in Aspen," February 3, 2003
"Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."
Posterity: you
will never know how much it has cost my generation to preserve your freedom.
I hope you will make good use of it. "
John Quincy Adams
"Nip the
shoots of arbitrary power in the bud, is the only maxim which can ever
preserve the liberties of any people."
John Quincy Adams
"The
difference between an outlaw and a criminal is honour and respect."

AGE OLD QUESTION, DOES SIZE REALLY MATTER?

THE 2ND AMENDMENT
The purpose of
fighting is to win. There is no possible victory in defense (waiting for an
attack).
The sword is more important than
the shield, and skill is more important than either.. The final weapon is
the brain. All else is supplemental.
1.
Don't pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to fight, he'll just
kill you.
2. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck.
3. A reporter did a human-interest piece on the Texas Rangers. The reporter
recognized the Colt Model 1911 the Ranger was carrying and asked him 'Why do
you
carry a 45?'
The Ranger responded, 'Because they
don't make a 46.'

f my own
I love Rat bikes.

Me
I have been riding for over 43 years. In those years I have owned close to 60 motorcycles of just about every kind. In the fall of 1966 my father took me to Swink's Honda shop and I became the proud owner of a Honda 90.
My first brush with the law was when old officer Cooper used to chase me about town because I was too young to have a motor driven cycle license. When I became 13 on a cold snowy January day and got my license I purposely rode by old Coop and he pulled me over at which time I presented him my new license, it seemed to really piss him off.
One day I will never forget is the day my good friend David got his 1964 XLCH Sportster with metal flake orange paint job, straight pipes, and p cams. I sat on the curb and stared at it for an hour. I had never in my life seen anything as beautiful as that bike.
Shortly there after at age 14, I found an old 57 XL Sportster. It had been sitting outside for a long time. My father told me if I could get it running I could have it. He paid $250.00 for the bike, a lot of money back then for him to scrape up. I rode it all year. In the coldest of mornings my mom would boil water to pour on the crankcase so it would be loose enough to kick. I still limp from all the times the ratchet would slip and the back of my knee would land on the shock mount. I ride mostly HD's now, although I still fancy an old air head BMW from time to time.
